After 6 years of competing in Division 1 wrestling, owner and founder, Garrett Joles, made his trek back to Wisconsin where he fell back on his old roots of exterior work, primarily painting alongside his father Harry Joles. With some great mentorship Garrett and his teammate Sam decided to start an exterior company of their own, Monarch Construction. With over 50 years of residential and commercial painting experience from Garrett’s father Harry. Sam and Garrett were extremely lucky to have the guidance that Harry provided to get a strong start in the business world. So far they have made a big splash in the Western Wisconsin marketplace and have been continually aiming to take on any challenge that presents itself.

“Our journey of becoming entrepreneurs has lead us to take on many different areas of construction from full design-build new construction, to complete residential exterior remodels, as well as commercial roofing and interior and exterior painting. We plan to specialize primarily in the roofing and siding industry but are willing to help customers with whatever challenge they may be facing.”
